Lines of Thought is a one day symposium exploring different ideas of drawing from curatorial, academic and artistic perspectives.
Lines of Thought is a one day symposium exploring different ideas of drawing from curatorial, academic and artistic perspectives. Through a series of thematic panel discussions, guest speakers will address ideas present in the exhibition Motion Capture: Drawing and the Moving Image.
By bringing together artists, curators and academics, Lines of Thought aims to stimulate discussion about the ways in which drawing is experienced, created, presented and studied.
A full list of participating speakers will be announced in September 2012. The symposium is organised in partnership with the College of Arts, Celtic Studies and Social Sciences, UCC and the Crawford College of Art and Design, CIT.
