15+1 week “Extensive” Pre-sessional Programme

Length | 15 weeks |
Hours of study | 6 hours per week (3 hours x 2 days) + 6 hours guided self-study per week. There will also be a 1 week (20 hours) on-campus component to this programme before the start of your chosen degree. Class time on campus is 4 hours per day (Monday-Friday). |

Programme Content/ Assessment | There are several continuously assessed tasks throughout the programme, an assessed written task and a spoken presentation at the end of the programme. There is also a final test of academic language skills: reading, writing, listening and speaking. Results of all 3 methods of testing are combined to give an overall score. To complete this programme, students need to achieve the following:
