Clare Watson

Research Interests
Community engagement on climate change and energy, human behaviour and habits, social norms and practice, climate change and energy policy

Clare has a background in social, community and environmental work. She is a PhD student working on an EPA funded project analysing why people engage, or not, with local initiatives on climate mitigation and adaptation, with the aim of developing a framework for action at community level. This is an interdisciplinary and trans-disciplinary research project drawing on social scientific, climate mitigation technology and policy perspectives. It runs from January 2015 until December 2017.
