Multiple staff and student consultations have taken place in UCC since we first engaged with the Public Sector Duty in 2018.  

Two all-staff "UCC Values & Culture" surveys have taken place (2022 & 2024), and an all-staff survey on the "Experience of Working during Covid-19 Pandemic" was undertaken in 2022, complemented by 15 staff focus groups.  An all-student EDI survey was run in 2021, and an EDI Gathering for staff and students was held in 2024.

It is planned to run all-staff surveys biennially, and run the staff & student Gathering on an annual basis.  All-student consultation will continue to take place through various formats, such as surveys, student forum and focus groups.
