The university is addressing issues raised through a number of means.

"Securing our Future", UCC Strategic Plan 2023-2028 lists Equity as a core value and positions EDI as central to its five goals.

"Belonging at UCC", UCC's EDI Framework and Action Plan 2025-2028 sets out an action plan aimed at bringing to fruition UCC's EDI vision and mission.

UCC's Athena SWAN Action Plan is our Gender Equality Action Plan and is in the process of being updated.
