The EITIC research cluster in UCC invites you to register for our upcoming online event in which citizens will deliver their vision for the future of the Internet. On October 9th and 10th, an online dialogue will be held which aims to give a voice to citizens on internet governance issues (e.g. fake news, data privacy) and build recommendations for decision-makers (e.g. United Nations, European Commission, and Internet Society).
To register your interest in participating, please visit the following link: https://bit.ly/32kegv5. Special knowledge on the topic is not required in order to participate.
Attendance at the citizen consultation is free. However, enrolment is necessary and needs to be received before October 2nd 2020. We hope you will join us for this unique event which will form part of the largest global citizens’ consultation to date!
‘We the Internet’ is supported by a coalition of global strategic partners including the United Nations, World Economic Forum, and European Commission.
All welcome. Organised by EITIC Research Cluster
