Rising female voices in Spanish peripheral poetry: challenges and goals (round table) with Angels Moreno, Beatriz Chivite and Alba Cid.
The Galician, Catalan, and Basque lecturers at UCC are proud to offer a space to emerging female poets who write in minoritized languages in Spain (Galician, Catalan and Basque) so they can share their work and discuss their promising careers.
The poets will exchange views on the difficulties they have to face as writers, explain their current and future projects and recite a selection of poems live and, to wrap up, there will also be Q&A space to ask any questions.
The activity will mostly be conducted in English, apart from the poems that will be read in Catalan, Basque and Galician.
