Outline
Offering Objective:
To provide a detailed overview of the theories of generation of tinnitus and hyperacusis and the models of assessment and management. This is a unique module and the only one of its kind running in Ireland.
Offering Content:
The module will discuss different theories of generation of tinnitus and hyperacusis and models of assessment and management.
Practicalities
Participants will attend the University for a variety of activities including but not limited to: lectures/seminars/interactive workshops/collaborative group work. (Participants may need to participate in some directed reading before the sessions).
