Outline
This engaging series of developmental experiences uses thought-provoking books to support Transformative Thinking to grow meaning-making capabilities in a challenging and supportive space. This unique personal professional development approach grows meaning-making capabilities through its small group and round table format which harnesses the power of shared readings and stimulating dialogues.
The Group Dialogues, taking place over 8 months in three-hour sessions monthly, will utilise combinations of facilitator presentations, group and partner dialogues, journaling and other modes of reflection.
It will benefit participants wishing to elevate how they manage themselves and also how they relate to others through their critical thinking, strategic thinking, and team skills. Participants will develop new ways of understanding how they operate and their impacts on others. It will be beneficial to those finding it difficult to create and manage meaningful dialogues, build trust, and deal with issues of organisational cultures. |
