Outline

This engaging workshop uses thought-provoking books to introducing approaches to change leadership thinking and grow leadership capabilities in a challenging and supportive space. With a small-round table format to harness the power of shared readings and stimulating conversation, this enhanced personal professional development series will change participant mind-sets about growing as leaders.

 

The discussion sessions will take place over eight months in 8, three-hour sessions at monthly intervals and will be delivered through a combination of facilitator presentation, group analyses, and participant dialogue.

 

It will suit people wishing to elevate their critical thinking, strategic thinking, and team building skills. Participants will develop new ways of understanding modes of operation and its impact on others. It will be beneficial to those finding it difficult to create/manage meaningful dialogues and build trust, and having to deal with issues of toxic and rigid organisational cultures.
