 “Recent developments in the Kenya and Uganda cases before the International Criminal Court”

 

Mr Paul Bradfield has been involved in the prosecution proceedings of several leading cases before the International Criminal Court, including the ongoing case concerning former child soldier in Uganda, Mr Dominic Ongwen. In this seminar, he will discuss the complex issues that have arisen in attempting to prosecute crimes of mass atrocity at the international criminal court. Recent developments concerning the proceedings brought against the President and Deputy President of Kenya will also be discussed. Mr Bradfield is a Barrister-at-Law,  a graduate of University College Cork, NUIG and King’s Inns.
