Monday, 06.02.17, TEACHING FAIR, Devere Hall, 4-6pm.
Are you a Teaching Student graduating next year; an undergraduate in any discipline thinking about doing a post-graduate in teaching, a language student thinking about assistantship programmes abroad? Have you ever considered Teaching English as a Foreign Language? Have you heard about the International Schools system? Would you like to work in the UK system or further afield? The Teaching Fair is the perfect opportunity– a one-stop-shop – to meet with a variety of colleges, agencies and schools to find out about teaching careers, jobs and courses in Ireland and abroad. With over 30 participating agencies and institutes (including Hibernia and UL); information stands, interviews and networking sessions, this is a not-to-miss event in your career-planning this year, so come along to Devere Hall Monday 6 February from 4pm.
A number of teaching agencies will hold presentations (Engage Education, ORB123 @ 1pm), interviews (Athona, ORB 137 @ 6pm), and pizza-fuelled networking (Direct Teachers, ORB 123 @ 6pm) before and after the main event.
