2023 Graduate Recruitment Festival

This years Graduate Recruitment Festival will take place on the 3rd – 5th October here in the Hub Atrium in the heart of UCC’s main campus. As per employer and student feedback this Fair will not be sectorized rather during the registration stage you will be requested to indicate which degree programmes and course of study you wish to meet students from and this will promoted internally to UCC Students.
There will be no online element to this years fair.

UCC Career Service Exhibitor Terms & Conditions 2023/24
By registering for the Event, you are agreeing to the following terms, which form a legally binding contract between UCC Career Service and the registered exhibitor, sponsor, or participant (“Exhibitor/Sponsor” or “you”). If you are registering on behalf of another party, it is your responsibility to ensure that such party is aware of these terms and accepts them; by completing the registration you are warranting that you have made the party aware of these terms and that they have accepted these terms.
Payment Terms
- Payments for all Exhibitors/Sponsorships are due within 30 business days of registration. If payment has not been received by this date, we reserve the right to allocate your stand to the next organisation on the waiting list. Please contact us at Graduaterecruitment@ucc.ie if your internal process requires a longer payment period.
- If there are any outstanding invoices from past Events, we will ask you to clear those before we are able to confirm your new booking.
- All prices are including VAT, which is charged at 23%. This is payable by all organisations, regardless of the country they are based in, except if a VAT exemption certificate (56B) is held. If your organisation holds a VAT Exemption Certificate, please upload as part of the booking or email a copy to graduaterecruitment@ucc.ie where a member of our team will liaise with you.
Exhibitor/Sponsor Cancellation Policy
- Should you wish to cancel your attendance, written notice is required at least 28 days in advance of the event to receive a full refund (unless paid by card where transaction and handling fees of 14% will be deducted). Cancellation notices must be sent to Graduaterecruitment@ucc.ie and UCC Career Services office will confirm the cancellation once received.
- If cancellation is received in less than 28 days before the event, the Exhibitor/ Sponsor will be required to pay the full amount of the attendance fee or sponsorship package respectively.
