Hybrid Recruitment Festival 2022

This October UCC Career Services is excited to host our first ever Hybrid Graduate Recruitment Festival

Over 3 days you will have the opportunity to connect with a huge range of employers who want to meet you.

On the 4th of October the online section of the festival will take place on Graduateland, an online careers fair platform. Here you can learn more about each company, chat and video call with employers, apply for jobs and more.

On the 5th and 6th of October we will be joined by 100 employers in the Hub (see timetable below). Each group has a specific focus but they all want to meet as many students as possible from all disciplines. The best way to connect with employers is to chat to them online on the 4th, if there is a good connection let them know you will stop by their stand on campus for a chat.

To ensure that you are meeting and engaging with the best employers you should attend the online section of the festival and as much on the on-campus stands as possible.

Meet Employers On Campus

Over the course of the 5th and 6th of October, we are hosting 4 Employer On-Campus Sessions where we will be joined by 100 employers.

Employers will have stands in the Hub where you can come to meet their recruiters, chat about the company and learn more about the employment opportunities they offer. After 2 year of virtual events employers are excited to be back on campus and many will have free goodies on offer!

Several employers will also be running skills workshops over the course of the festival. FD Technologies are offering mock interview practice sessions on the 5th of October. Don't miss this unique opportunity to improve your skills and maximise your potential!

The Meet the Employer Sessions have been lightly sectorised to help you meet as many relevant employers as possible, however employers at all session are looking to meet and hire students from all diciplines so do not limit yourself to just one session and miss out on your dream job! Scroll to the bottom of the page to see which employers will be on campus and when.
