Recruitment and Marketing Sub-Committee Terms of Reference (see T&L)

  • Development of new income streams in taught programmes
  • Protection of existing income streams (course viability and student retention)
  • Teaching and budget policy (part-time pay, equipment and facilities)
  • Fees policy, scholarships and discounts
  • Marketing of new and existing programmes (print, social media, UCC web-sites)
  • Design and support for school visits
  • Design and support of Open Days (with and outside UCC)
  • International student intake
  • Growth of mature and part-time learner courses

In addition, this sub-committee may be asked to comment on specific areas of T&L strategy and delivery in CACSSS. This will be in response to requests from the Head of College, our T&L Executive, CEMC, from central University offices (Registrar and Vice-President for Teaching), or arising from policy development initiated by a CACSSS T&L Forum.
