7th March - Food and Sustainability: A symposium to mark the retirement of Dr Colin Sage

This symposium, to mark the retirement of Dr Colin Sage from UCC, is conceived as a way to acknowledge some of the thinking representing an environmental perspective on the food system as well as the efforts involved by putting them into practice. It will also be a convivial celebration of research collaborations across disciplinary boundaries in pursuit of shared visions and a determination to make a difference.
