Gillian leads Ronan Daly Jermyn’s Corporate and Commercial Department and the firm's Technology and Life Sciences Groups. Her practice focuses on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring. Her clients include multinational, large indigenous and scaling companies operating across the globe and public sector and regulated entities. Gillian also represents a number of private equity and venture funds. Gillian is vested in her clients’ businesses; she is a past President of Cork Chamber of Commerce and sits on a number of boards and audit committees for public sector clients. Gillian is an adjunct Professor of law at University College Cork and has been recently recognised with a UCC Alumni Achievement award for her work as a co-founder of the successful I WISH (Inspiring Women in Stem) social enterprise.
