1. How do I build my timetable?
Please see the My Timetable User Guide for step-by-step instructions on how to build and save your timetable.
2. How do I access my saved Timetable?
Once you have saved your timetable, you can access it at any time.
Select the Timetables tab. If the search panel is not visible, click the arrow icon to expand it. Under the Personal section, tick My Timetable to display your saved timetable.
3. How do I reset my Timetable?
Select the Profile tab from the Home menu. Under Profile, select Reset My Timetable. Selecting Reset will permanently remove all timetable information saved in My Timetable.
4. Why have I not received a notification?
There are two common reasons why you may not have received a notification:
- Notifications are turned off. To receive email notifications, go to the Profile tab and locate the Notifications settings. Ensure the box labelled "I don't want to receive notifications" is unchecked.
- The timetable change was made more than 10 days before the activity. Email notifications are only sent for changes made within 10 days of the scheduled activity. This includes cancellations, and changes to the date, time, or location. Changes made outside this notification window will not generate an email notification.
5. In Refine List, why is the Department filter not returning results?
While the Department filter is available, it is currently not returning any results. This issue will be resolved in the next release.
Viewing your timetable
- How do I view a full semester timetable?
- How do I download timetable information?
- What are Legends?
- What does subscribing to my timetable do?
1. How do I view a full semester timetable?
You can view a timetable for a full semester by first selecting multiple weeks and then choosing a semester.
- For Semester 1: select all weeks.
- Semester 2 (2026/27): Select Weeks 24–33 and 36–37 only. (Weeks 34–35 are not teaching weeks due to the Easter break.)
2. How do I download timetable information?
Selecting Excel will download a spreadsheet containing the booking details of the selected activities. The file can be opened using Microsoft Excel.
Legends show the different activity types within a timetable, such as lectures, tutorials, and labs. You can use Legends to filter the timetable and display only specific activity types.
4. What does subscribing to my timetable do?
Subscribing to your timetable allows you to view your My Timetable activities in another calendar application that supports the iCal format, such as Outlook, Google Calendar, or Apple Calendar. Once subscribed, your timetable details will appear in your calendar and will automatically update when changes are made.
