Travel survey Questionnaire for Cork City Council

As part of a European sustainable travel project ("Added Value"), Cork City Council are doing a short travel survey. Some of you might remember the online survey done in January 2009. As that was the "before" survey, this one now is the "after" one as part of the project's evaluation. UCC, together with CIT and CUH, have been working closely together with the Council's Traffic Division in this project.

It would be most appreciated if you took some minutes to fill in the attached excel sheet and return it (preferably by email, address on the excel sheet) to Sarah Danaher in the City Council.
