Research Interests: Cancer Cell Biology, PDLIM2 protein in cancer cell metastasis and invasiveness, and its regulation of gene transcription contributing to cancer cell phenotype.

Órla graduated with a PhD from Queen's University of Belfast, Northern Ireland in 2001, and has been a member of our laboratory since 2005.
