There is no display/power on the JED controller?

I can't seem to get audio on the JED controller?
It is important to check and change the audio level using the audio buttons on the Jed, as sometimes when you change the channel the audio is muted.

Projector not as bright as normal\projector displaying a changed the bulb message.
There is no picture from the computer.
There is a computer image on the local monitor but not on the projector.
No sound, when I playback sound file or U-tube video.
Cannot see DVD/VHS picture on projector
When playing a DVD I get a message saying Incorrect Region.
Sometimes because people forget to turn off the projector, it goes into a power save mode. The most effective solution we have found, is to power everything down and begin again. Many times however it is a fault with the bulb and AVMS need to be informed.
Projector not as bright as normal\projector displaying a changed the bulb message.
Bulb nearing its end of life and needs changing. AVMS need to be informed. Please report issue using the online form at the top of this page.
Make sure the computer is switched on (you may think it's silly to write this down here but these FAQ are based on our experience’s.)

Make sure the correct input is selected on either the JED or the Extron room controllers. If that does not work report fault to AV

Check that the amplifier is switched on. Each room has an amplifier, located in the rack under the computer. When came back a sound file from the computer there are many separate ways of controlling the sound and they must all be checked out (sheet showing separate ways of checking sounds)
Cannot see DVD/VHS picture on projector
Make sure the correct input is selected on either the JED or the Extron room controllers.
Also check that you are selecting the appropriate unit for playback via DVD-VHS switch on the front of the machine. If that does not work, please report fault to AVMS using the online form at the top of this page.
When playing a DVD I get a message saying Incorrect Region.
Refer to AV most of the DVD players are multi region. If you are unlucky enough to be in a room that is not we can make you a region free copy.
