Athena SWAN pilots in the US

The UK's Equality Challenge Unit gender equality model Athena SWAN is to be piloted in the US

STEM Equity Achievement Change (SEA Change) is to pilot in 8-9 US HEIs.  Using Athena SWAN as a model, SEA Change will assess, in addition to gender equality, inclusivess with regard to race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability, socio-economic status and other marginalised groups, and will assess the experiences of both staff and students.
