- George Boole 200 Programme & Legacy
Opportunities exist for partnership by supporting the George Boole 200 programme in general or specifically hrough a project of your choice within either the George Boole 200 Programme of Events or through the George Boole 200 Legacy Projects. Partnering with UCC on this endeavour can provide interesting marketing, research, corporate social responsibility and philanthropic opportunities.
- 5 Grenville Place - George Boole House of Innovation
The house in which George Boole wrote An Investigation of the Laws of Thought is being renovated to become Boole House. Here, George Boole's work and legacy will be displayed to visitors from all over the world. Boole House will support education and innovation in computer science and mathematics as an integral part of the George Boole Institute and will include a business accelerator hub for high-tech start-up companies.
- Nurturing talent
Providing scholarships for students who face hardship, who are overcoming challenges or who display exceptional talent across many disciplines. Donate to this initiative
- Enabling research
Setting researchers of all disciplines on the path to discovery. These journeys may lead to the development of new treatments for life-threatening illnesses or the unearthing of vital evidence from the past. Donate to this initiative
- Fostering innovative learning
Encouraging the development of world-class teaching and learning environments that will ensure our students are world ready and work ready when they leave UCC. Donate to this initiative
- Enriching culture and heritage
Opening doors, both physical and virtual, to diverse aspects of culture and heritage, by funding the digitisation of significant archives, the publication of knowledge and the exhibition of modern and ancient art, literature and artefacts. Donate to this initiative
- Enhancing the environment
