Best memory of UCC

My first day - walking through the quad to register. There is no campus like it.

How has your time at UCC helped you to get to where you are now?

An arts degree is a great basis for a career in the media, and UCC has the best Arts department in the country! I also produced and presented a show on Cork Campus UCC Radiology UCC98.3FM which gave me a great introduction to broadcasting.

What is your advice to current UCC students?

Don't get too bogged down with having a specific job title in mind - your career path will take many twists and turns over the years, take every opportunity to do what's right for you. Don't be afraid to take the big leap towards the job you really want.

What person/people at UCC had the most positive influence on you?
Nicola Reddy - best friend and long-time collaborator. Fellow UCC Alumni.

Were you involved in any Clubs or Societies?

Cork Campus Radio- an incredible resource to students and great start to my career.
