Chapter One achieved the ultimate accolade when Ross was asked to cook for Queen Elizabeth II’s banquet in 2011, the recipes from which are included in Ross’ book, ‘Chapter One - An Irish Food Story’. published in 2013. Ross Lewis recently established a student bursary for UCC's new food course, the Postgraduate Diploma in Irish Food Culture.
