Approval of Tasks on your Mobile Device

Agresso Tasks Application

It is now possible to approve your tasks including requisitions and invoices,  via your mobile device. This will assist in timely approvals without having to log in from your PC and remove the burden of logging in from home to approve tasks when out of the office.

The process is designed to complement the desktop approvals system and is especially useful for urgent approvals when out of the office, it is NOT a replacement for the Agresso web application or where you need to review hard copy information (e.g. expense claims & receipts)

We hope to introduce new applications when the functionality matches our requirements.

For Users of Apple Devices

Please type the following link into your mobile device:

Please make sure the URL matches exactly.

You should then be presented with the Agresso Log-in screen as below.

Once you have logged in there is an option under settings whereby you can activate a 4-digit code to provide added security before tasks can be approved. You will not be required to log in each time you open the application.

The approval of tasks is straight forward from then on. Select one of the invoices and you will be presented additional information.

You will be able to approve/reject from this screen or you can swipe through the screens for additional information and to see a copy of the invoice or any additional documentation.

Once approved the application communicates with the UCC Agresso system and the invoice (or requisition or expense claim) moves to the next step in the process.

Troubleshooting

  1. If you cannot connect then please check the URL. If that doesn’t work contact Agresso Support at agressosupport@ucc.ie.
  2. If the system does not recognise your password please ensure you are entering the password correctly. If this doesn’t work please contact agressosupport@ucc.ie to have your password reset.
