A Lasting Peace – The Struggle to Reconcile a Conflicted World | Short Course

Course Overview:
This 8-week course focuses on the causes of conflict and human rights abuses. Each lecture incorporates a wide variety of audio and visual material to examine current political and social events such as the growth of far-right politics in Europe and the US, tensions in the Middle East and social media’s role in spreading conspiracy theories.

Course Lecturer :
Anthony Angelini is a lecturer with ACE. He has an Mphil in International Peace Studies from Trinity College Dublin and an MA in Journalism and New Media from Munster Technological University.
