Richard has over 25 years’ experience in operations , finance, sales , financial services, and general management. For 20 years worked in the construction supplies and home improvement sectors overseeing the company’s rapid growth. During this time, he oversaw several construction projects , marketing campaigns , supply chain responsibilities as well as implementing the financial controls , HR policies and IT systems required in a rapidly expanding business. Richard left this sector in 2015 and since then has worked across a number of sectors in an operational capacity  with three years being spent in the BPO sector with Abtran and Infosys and most recently working with Elis textiles in a managerial capacity.
