Martyna Nowakowska is a graduate of UCC, holding Bachelor’s degree in Commerce International with French as well as Master’s degree in Food Business and Innovation. ​

Shortly after graduating, Martyna entered a project coordinator, and later project managerial role in a Cork-based business specialising in training programmes, organised under the Erasmus+ initiative. In this role, Martyna was involved in overseeing all aspects of program management, from logistical planning to providing support for participants throughout their journey. She successfully organised a diverse range of mobility projects and collaborated with various international stakeholders. This experience equipped her with knowledge in project management, logistical planning, and international collaboration. ​

Martyna joined UCC Academy as a Project Officer in February 2025. She aims to provide management, administrative and organisational support to a wide variety of projects.
