John Kilmartin is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with 20+ years’ experience working in consulting and investment promotion across a number of organizations and geographies.

Roles held include Director of Growth, Qatar Financial Centre; Executive Director of ICT & Startup, Bahrain Economic Development Board; Country Director India, IDA Ireland and Management Consultant, Deloitte Consulting.

John holds a Master’s Degree in Managerial Accounting and Managerial Information Systems and a Bachelor’s Degree of Common Law, both from University College Cork.

John joined the UCC Academy in Sept 2021 as Senior Project Manager and will initially focus on a number of internationalisation projects: Franchising project and Law internationalisation project.
