This is an exciting new opportunity to join the Conference UCC Team! The vision for Conference UCC is to transform the delivery of physical academic events and conferences to a virtual events platform and to make Conference UCC the one-stop-shop for all university-related virtual events and conferences.
Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager this person will be the technical lead on optimising Conference UCC’s conference system, OnAir. The role encompasses the initial proposal stage through the concept development process, the planning, implementation, and live virtual event delivery, and the post-event analysis, feedback and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude and business acumen with exceptional communication skills, along with excellent client service orientation.

Joining the Project Centre, this person will deliver design services to support a range of project requirements including marketing, change management, communications and events. In this role, text and images will be used to communicate ideas and information. The graphics designed will be used in advertising, websites, signage and print and may appear in print media or online.
This is a new position within the UCC Academy, giving the in-house Graphic Designer an opportunity to shape our ways of working and their own career. Applicants will have experience of working in a communications/marketing context, delivering high-quality work within agreed objectives and deadlines while retaining a focus on customer service.
