Re:
new book of essays

Greetings all,

Recently published is a book of essays edited by Bill Swadling, The Limits of Restitutionary Claims. It is the outcome of a joint SPTL/UKNCCL colloquium and takes a comparative look at four different limits: (i) change of position, (ii) mistake of law, (iii) bona fide purchase, and (iv) illegality.

The book can be ordered by post from the publisher, the British Institute of International and Comparative Law, Charles Clore House, 17 Russell Square, London WC1B 5DR. Email: iclq@dial.pipex.com. It costs £25. ISBN: 0904281124.

Lionel
