Training New and existing members 20-Jan-2010
A reminder that club training sessions are on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 18:00 to 19:30 at Leevale club house. Leevale is just by the Paul St car Park entrance, if your stuck for where that is you can e-mail the club account. We have the hall all to oursleves so there's no queing for machines etc which makes for a very efficient training sessions. if you havent access to a gym I would suggest all members make use of this facility as the equipment is very good and theres plenty of space for circuits and core exercises.
Weekend training is going to be a little hectic with all the begineers down so lets try to make it as efficeint as possible so we can all get on the water quickly. Billy...
Rowing Ireland Registration 06-Jan-2010
With 2010 racing season approaching it is necessary for everyone wishing to row for UCC this year to register with Rowing Ireland, the sports' governing body.
To complete your registration this is needed from you:
1) €50
2) Passport photo
3) Photocopy of passport/birth cert/student card as proof of age (not necessary if you've previously been registered)
4) Your home address
Monday 18th January is the deadline for this. Tim will collect everything from the Novice men and Tammy will collect from the Novice women. If you cant make it down at the weekend get in touch with Brendan arrange to meet on campus. If you have any questions don't hesitate to contact Brendan.
