Year 2002
It is really hard to try and sum up a whole year in just a few words, if any of you who look at this have a few spare moments I recommend that you look at some of the stuff which is on this website to get an idea of some of the huge amount of stuff which this club gets up to
So that was the 2002/2003 season, the year which brought us a great assortment of stuff, injuries, locational miscalculations, mud fights, paragliding and some of the worse singing ever to grace or is that disgrace the bus. I really enjoyed myself this year and I think that almost everyone who came out with the club had the same experience of fulfilment. We made a welcome return to Gougane Barra, and along with Coomsaharn and Crohane these were some of the best walks of the year.
The trips away to Dingle, Lauragh and Wales were all very well attended and thoroughly enjoyable. The walk on Brandon for the weekend away was brilliant and the views will stay in everyone's minds. Wales was also fantastic especially Trfan. This was a great year and turned out to be a fitting way to celebrate the 21st or was it the 20th birthday of the club and hopefully there will be many, many more years to come and mountains to climb.
