Commercialisation & Intellectual Property Committee
The role of the Commercialisation and Intellectual Property Committee (CIPC) is to advise the APC’s Executive Management Group on technology transfer, establish procedures for the exploitation of intellectual property resulting from the Research Programmes, and to facilitate any disputes that may arise regarding the ownership of Foreground IP.
The CIPC meets twice a year and comprises the following membership

APC IP Co-ordinator
Dr Sally Cudmore, APC General Manager and Prof Gerald Fitzgerald (APC Deputy Director) also attend these meetings.
