Governance Committee

The Governance Committee of the APC is comprised of senior representatives from the two academic partners, UCC and Teagasc, as well as representatives of industry and the state agencies. The Governance Committee meets quarterly and its role is to

 

• Report quarterly to the University President and SFI
• Set APC strategy, policy and overall objectives
• Ensure effective organisational planning and resource management
• Assess APC performance
• Enhance the APC's branding and public image
• Serve as a court of appeal, if required
