Victoria Shau-Phoen Chan is a graduate of the Crawford School of Art in Cork and is currently studying for an MA in Women's Studies at University College Dublin. She is involved with the European Network of Women from Minorities.

Paulina Chiwangu is Co-ordinator for Youth and Community Work in the Department of Applied Social Studies in University College Cork. As part of her ongoing research she has recently conducted a survey on racism in Ireland.

Martin Collins is a Community Youth Worker with Pavee Point (formally known as the Dublin Travellers Education and Development Group).

Wendy Cox is the Chief Executive of the Irish Council for International Students (ICOS). She has previously worked as Director of the Irish Section of Amnesty International. She was a founder member of the Irish Refugee Council and is a Board member of the Refugee Agency.

Sheelagh Drudy is the Chairperson of the Higher Education Equality Unit. She is a member of the Higher Education Authority and is a Senior Lecturer in Education at St. Patrick's College Maynooth.

Fintan Farrell works as Co-ordinator with the Irish Traveller's Movement.

Máirín Kenny is Principal of St. Kieran's National School for Travellers in Bray. She has recently completed a PhD on Travellers and Second-Level Education. She has worked with the Department of Education / Blackrock Teacher's Centre's Inter-Cultural Committee.

Rosaleen McDonagh is a student in the Theology Department in Trinity College Dublin.

Liz McManus was Chairperson of the Task Force on Travellers prior to becoming Minister for State at the Department of the Environment.

Drazen Nozinic is a former asylum seeker to Ireland from Yugoslavia. He works with the Irish Refugee Council. He is an Occasional Lecturer in Anthropology at St. Patrick's College Maynooth and is currently researching a PhD in Trinity College Dublin.

John O'Connell is the Director of Pavee Point. He is involved in inservice training with teachers working with Travellers. He is a member of the Anti-Racist Platform.

Lorna Ryan works in the Department of Social Studies in Trinity College Dublin.

Fardus Sultan-Prnjavorac came to Ireland as part of the Government Bosnian Refugee Programme. She has completed a degree in Politics and Arabic at University College Dublin.

Paul Taylor is an Associate Fellow at the Centre for Research in Ethnic Relations at the University of Warwick. He has researched and published in the areas of access to higher education, equal opportunities in employment in higher education and effectiveness of anti-discrimination training.
