The new Law Reform Commission (LRC) website is at

Those wishing to make a submission on the proposals in the LRC Consultation Paper on the Mental Element in Murder should do so in writing by 30th June 2001. The time limit for making a submission on an earlier Consultation Paper on the Law of Limitation of Actions arising from Non-Sexual Abuse of Children is also 30th June 2001.
