Update No. 14

BAILII Update

BAILII (www.bailii.org) has signed a contract with the English Court Service, whereby BAILII will be paid to put ALL Court of Appeal (Civil Division) cases and High Court (Administrative) cases up on the BAILII website within three days of their being approved. Only a fraction of these 2,500 decisions per year were previously available free on the internet.

The deal will also result in far greater coverage of English High Court
cases and Court of Appeal Criminal decisions.
