History, Status and

This site is developed mainly by Elke-Maria Melchior, ACit GmbH, the project co-ordinator, and Jurek Kirakowski, HFRG. We will be updating it quarterly at least until the end of 1999.
The technical philosophy behind our site is that it should be quick to load on a wide variety of HTML platforms and that it should offer the reader efficient access to the information contained. We express our thanks to Peter Flynn at the UCC Computer Bureau for his guidance and inspiration. Of course, any problems with the site are purely of our own devising, and should not be laid at his door.
