Welcome to the Staff Helpdesk

 The Helpdesk is the central point for all computer related enquiries. It is located on the 4th floor of the Sir Robert Kane (Science) Building. The Helpdesk is open 08.30 - 18.00 everyday, Monday - Friday.

All Computer related enquiries and problems should be directed to the helpdesk. We will endeavour to deal with each call as soon as possible or escalate the problem to the relevant Computer Centre Unit.
