INFORMATION ON THE YEAR ABROAD
Language and Cultural Studies (Spanish)
The BA Language and Cultural Studies (Spanish) degree is a four-year programme which includes a year spent abroad studying at a foreign university. Students following this degree programme are currently sent to one of five Spanish Universities: The University of Alicante, The University of Burgos (Castilla), The University of Barcelona (Cataluña), The University of Deusto, Bilbao (País Vasco) and The University of Santiago de Compostela (Galicia).
Students who take up Portuguese in their second year may also be sent to The University of Coimbra in Portugal.
The placement of students is determined by the other subject they are studying.

BComm (European) with Spanish
The BComm (European) with Spanish degree is a four-year programme which includes the Third Year being spent abroad studying at a Spanish university. Students following this degree programme are currently send to one of six Spanish universities: The Univeristy of Alcalá, The University of Alicante, The University of Deusto, Bilbao, The University of A Coruña, The University of Navarra, Pamplona and The University of Santiago.

European Studies
The BA European Studies degree is a four-year programme which includes the Third Year being spent abroad. The Major Language will determine the country in which the students will study in their Third Year.
