If you are applying through your university your coordinator will provide the necessary forms. If you wish to apply directly to this office, please download this form, complete it and return it to overseas at ucc dot ie or post it to Accommodation and Student Activities Office, 6 Carrigside, College Road, Cork.
* Booking in advance is strongly recommended*
Accommodation Options
Private Student Apartments
Contact the Accommodation Office to book a room in an apartment, which is available to overseas students as well as to obtain information on the apartment complexes available to overseas students.
Home Stay
We provide a special "Home Stay Programme" for our overseas students, where you can stay as part of an Irish family for the duration of your stay in Cork. You will be treated as a member of the family taking part in family activities, household chores, family meals, outings etc. This is an excellent way of getting to know how Irish people live. Please contact the Accommodation Office's Overseas Accommodation Service at overseas at ucc dot ie for full details of this programme .
Student Houses
If you arrive in Cork without having secured accommodation, the staff in the Accommodation Office will give individual attention to overseas students arriving at the office at 6 Carrigside, College Road.
* Be prepared to spend three or four days looking for accommodation as demand is high*
