Mission Statement

To provide an excellent support service to the UCC community in the pursuit of anytime, anywhere information technology services.

The Helpdesk is the central point of contact for all computer enquiries. It is located on the fourth floor of the Sir Robert Kane (Science) Building. The Helpdesk is open Monday to Friday from 08.30 to 18.00.

All computer related problems and enquiries should be directed to the Helpdesk. These calls will be dealt with immediately, where possible, or escallated to the relevant Computer Centre unit.
