Food Science Building
Construction of the Food Science Building began in 1970, and it has been extended on several occasions since. It is linked via pedestrian walkways to the BioSciences Institute building on its western end, and to the main campus via the Kane Building on its eastern end. The Food Science Building houses the Faculty of Food Science & Technology, the Department of Food & Nutritional Sciences, the Department of Microbiology, the Department of Process & Chemical Engineering, and the Department of Food Business & Development. It also includes computing facilities and lecture rooms.
