WHERE? At the Mardyke Arena on the Astroturf pitch at the back of the complex Beginners more than welcome.. 1) Please bring plenty of water. 2) Outdoors during the winter months you may find a thermal vest and/or a tracksuit an advantage. 3) Trainers are fine for outdoors but astro-shoes are definitely better and safer. 4) Team jerseys and club discs available from the coach (limited stocks, first come first served).
