Survey Results

A staff wellbeing survey was conducted in May 2012 in UCC to inform the future direction of staff wellbeing in the University. Three focus groups have taken place to help interpret the results of the survey as well as to invite staff to identify some possible actions that the University can take to address the issues raised. A briefing to all staff on the key themes emerging from the survey as well as a presentation of an overview of the Staff Welfare and Wellbeing draft plan will take place on Tuesday 16th October 2012.

All staff are invited to attend the presentation of the results of the UCC Staff Wellbeing Survey, conducted in UCC in May 2012.

Date: Tuesday, 16th October 2012

Time: 13.00 – 14.00

Venue: West Wing 6, Main Quadrangle Building, UCC

1,250 staff responded to the invitation to take part in the survey and this presentation shall cover the main themes that emerged in the research. The key presentation shall be delivered by Dr Robert Kerr.
