Final Meeting Bled - report
The UV4Growth Final meeting took place in the form of an international conference from 30 March to 2 April 2014. The meeting was well organised and took place in the scenic town of Bled in Slovenia. The meeting was well attended with 101 participants from 24 countries, with presentations on a range of topics.

Final Network Meeting - info
Our FINAL meeting will take place at the end of March 2014. This will be the LAST activity of UV4Growth, and the format will be that of a large network conference.
The meeting will start in the afternoon of March 30, 2014 (registration and reception), with talks on March 31, April 1, and the morning of April 2, 2014. In the afternoon of April 2 there will be an excursion. For MC members, the final MC meeting is scheduled for the evening of March 31.

Location, Travel, and Registration
Location and Travel
The meeting is held in Bled, an Alpine town alongside glacial Lake Bled in northwestern Slovenia. Bled is approximately 35 km from Ljubljana Airport.
Hotel Astoria in Bled is the venue for the meeting, and also offers accommodation (but there are also several other hotels close by in case you prefer to stay elsewhere). The site for the hotel is; www.hotelastoria-bled.com. You can get a discounted rate if you quote “COST Action UV4Growth”.
Shuttle buses will be organised from Ljublana airport to Bled.

Travel Reimbursement
Participants who are eligible for travel reimbursement have received an email explaining the reimbursement process. To incorporate rules from COST and from the Grant Holder, we have also made a checklist which has been sent to eligible participants by email.Reimbursement Checklist
The main principle is that accommodation will be reimbursed to eligible participants at a flat rate per night, on the basis of daily signatures on the attendance register at the meeting, and travel dates. Please note that any claims for travel costs reimbursement always have to be fully accompanied by receipts/tickets/boarding cards.
