The Routines!

Below are samples of routines at each of the Trampolining levels- Novice, Intermediate, Advanced and Elite. Just so's you can see what exactly we do and what you'll be learning when you come to us! ;)
In case you've forgotten we train from 5-7 on Mondays and Wednesdays and from 4.30-6:30 on Thursdays. Drop in and see us in action!

Your Typical Novice Routine

The first level in Trampoline is Novice. The typical novice routine contains shapes moves (tuck, pike, straddle), some twists and one of what are called 'body landings' - these are basically just landing on your front or your back. This routine here has a back drop in it. No bother at all, you'll learn moves from the novice routine the first day you walk in the door.

An Intermediate Routine

Intermediate is the second level in Trampolining. It involves most of the same moves as the novice routine but there's a somersault thrown in there!

An Advanced Routine

An advance routine is exactly what it say on the tin- more advanced moves are included and there are more somersaults!

An Elite Routine

Easy Peasy. :/

Synchroooo!!!

Watch Lisa and Sarah do their synchro routine at SUSTO. There's also silly synchro at SUSTO- very funny!

Noreen-Ann does back handsprings.

Watch Naf backflip until you get dizzy. Then come to training and get her to coach you how to do it for yourself!
