The Club Rules

Training:
1. People must help put up the trampolines and take out the safety mats.
2. No coming into session after 6.15pm.
3. If a person comes in after 5:30, they must help put away the safety mats and take down the trampolines.
4. NO COMING IN LATE AND LEAVING EARLY!!
5. Only take down, or put up, a trampoline if you know what you’re doing and always in a safe manner. If you don't know how, ask some one who does.
6. People must always wear socks (non-slip preferably) or trampoline shoes while on the trampoline.
7. Jewellery and watches must be taken off. Piercings must be taken out or covered by a plaster. Only 1 pair of stud earrings is allowed.
8. If anyone is injured, the coach must be informed. The injured person must not be allowed to leave the hall alone and must fill out a report.
9. The trampoline area must be protected from stray balls/projectiles.
10. Spotters must be attentive, i.e. not lying down on mats. There must be at least 1 on each side at all times. If you need to leave ask someone to take over.
11. People should climb on to and off trampoline with stomach facing the trampoline.
12. People should warm-up properly before going on trampoline.
13. Members of the committee must be obeyed at all times.

Competitions:
• Behaviour at Competitions must represent the college well.
• No over consumption of alcohol, that doesn’t mean not to go wild but it does mean don’t get so drunk that you can’t mind you yourself or that you require medical treatment!
• Everyone must compete unless injured.
• Competitors should make sure they know what times they are competing
