Training Times and General News!

Everyone very welcome at any time no prior experience required! Come along, you get to bounce reeeeeeaally high... 

So far in the year we have had a great Freshers Night and Mystery tour, we won 22 medals between the recent Irish Gymnastics Qualifier and the Munster Open, and we beat UL to take home the Munster Open Trophy! We also WON VARSITIES!!!- coming home from the competition in UL with the Perpetual Shield, twenty-one medals and four trophies!!! :) More recently we survived the 12 Pubs of Christmas Pub Crawl and....won six National medals at Irish Gymnastics, coming home with three National Champions and one Grand Prix Champion!
